In this short, intense volume I have three months in the
lake house. Part 1, Jam and Ezra drive back with me. When we arrive in moonlight
we make our first night's bed in the grass. Trumpeter swans are staging
on the lake, which starts to freeze when they leave. I need money, trying
cone picking with my mom. There is the winter's firewood to look after so
we rent a chainsaw. We have books from the college in Grande Prairie and
the extension library in Edmonton. There are a lot of photographs. While
Jam is away for two weeks I film a swan on the ice and other of the Notes in origin shots. Part 2 deep sex and scared fighting.
When there's a blizzard Jam finds lesbians in Hythe. My parents are in Arizona
for the winter so we have Christmas in bed. At the end of the volume I leave
my car in a ditch outside Hythe and take a bus to Edmonton to look for work
while Jam stays chipping away at her thesis in the snow.
